The conference is for Board-eligible and Board-certified genetic counselors, geneticists, current genetic counseling students, prospective genetic counseling students, and genetic counseling assistants. CEUs are available for both in-person and virtual attendees. There is no registration fee for MGB employees, IHP alumni, or current or prospective students. For non-MGB employees, there is a fee that varies based on type of attendance and whether CEUs are desired. Breakfast and lunch are provided for in-person attendees.
The location of the conference is 1 Constitution Wharf in the Charlestown Navy Yard. There is parking available in the 1 Constitution Wharf parking lot. Other parking locations in the Navy Yard include the Nautica Garage at 88 Constitution Rd and the 5th Avenue Garage at 199 5th Ave. 1 Constitution Wharf also is accessible via public transportation (either a short walk from North Station or the 93 bus), MGB shuttle, and Blue Bike. https://www.mghihp.edu/directions-parking-information-and-commuting-options
The conference also will be livestreamed. A Zoom link will be sent in a reminder e-mail to registrants the week of the conference. There will not be recordings available following the conference.
